This was my first visit at the new location and was treated by Colin. He was very professional, addressed all of my concerns, and helped me to coordinate further care for some things I had let slide because life got in the way. He was personable and I felt very cared for, supported, and appreciated. I also felt secure that I was being looked after by a medical professional of the highest caliber. I appreciate the new location and am pleased that the transition has gone so smoothly. All of the administrative staff are absolutely fantstic as well and I am always complimenting them on being the most organized and supportive team possible. Being able to get a same day appointment, having the ease of video chats at home, and having the availability of extremely warm and knowledgable nursing staff on hand is really a blessing. Dr. Stornelli is one of the finest doctors in the area and my husband and I know what a rare and special thing it is to have such a brilliant and skilled PCP who is also kind and caring without making it weird. This provider is meticulous and attentive. That's all I need. I was let to discuss a health concern unrelated to the reason for the visit too, which resulted in a new therapy to help to control it. We also discussed EDS' impacts on my health and drug therapies that may be best suited to my needs as an EDS patient. It is extremely difficult to get proper attention to this matter but the provider ensures that any of my care team are well aware of it. I hope to be as good a patient as he is a provider.

Since Dr. Cox was booked when I called for an appt., I asked if I could then see an NP or PA. I was scheduled with Colin Montgomery almost immediately. It was the first time I had been seen by him. Very professional, thorough, and caring. He ordered chest x-rays and performed a COVID test to rule out bronchitis, pneumonia, or COVID, and prescribed cough "pearls", felt my infection was viral, so no antibiotic was prescribed. He contacted me via UR My Chart to advise of normal/negative test results within the same day. I would not hesitate to see him again in Dr. Cox's absence or unavailability.
