The PA, Matt Mauro, was friendly & showed genuine concern for my mom's punctured eardrum. While working in her ear, he continually inquired whether my mom was feeling any discomfort or pain. Matt explained things with good detail and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable and compassionate which are wonderful qualities to have! A very positive and pleasant experience for both myself and my mom. Thank you Matt!!

Matthew is exceptional. I was referred to the office from another provider and happened to get him as my next appointment. He is thorough in both his thoughts and his explanation of care planning and next steps and he allows the patient to make the ultimate decision without judgement. I don't know if I would be in my current stage of care otherwise.
