I was very sick when Kasandra saw me and she realized it immediately. She was absolutely amazing. Kind, caring and concerned. She told me what was going on and how we were going to treat it. I was amazed at the time she spend with me to make sure I was comfortable and knew she was going to help me. It was an experience I will not forget. This woman should be commended for her dedication.

I believe the PA did what she had been advised to do. She was very pleasant.There had not been a prior real discussion of what this procedure will/wont find, the length of time needed to have this implant and/or the follow-up, next steps that would occur. I failed to ask more as I had been a bit out of sorts due to still recuperating from significant back sprain and completion of muscle relaxants and prednisone through the monday prior to this appt.
