Being in the care of Dr. S as my primary care physician has restored my trust in the process of seeking healthcare! She Is the most kind and helpful doctor I've ever worked with, always addressing my concerns first with active listening and then providing the most thorough explanation of treatment plan options, as well as addressing all follow-up questions (both in the office and on my chart) with an excellent level of care and insight. All of the other members of the care team at Manhattan Square Family Medicine that I've interacted with are always kind and caring. My appointments at this practice have always been a positive and helpful experience.

Dr Subczynska is a provider I went to see after my provider left her job and the practice removed me, I was crushed by this but in retrospect it was a blessing, she is amazing, caring, knowledgeable, its always us and we, not you alone. She makes me feel seen, heard, valued and understood and she is so knowledgeable in many different areas. She is always friendly and present, I consider myself very lucky that I ended up under her care and have referred a close friend to see her. She is wonderful.

Dr. Subczynska really went above and beyond in my check-up. In going through the standard mental health questions I mentioned that I was feeling a bit stressed at the moment because my dad is having a bout of depression and I had just returned the day before from bringing him up from Florida to stay with us. She asked if we had found a doctor up here for him yet and I said we'd been having trouble. She offered to see him, and cleared out space on her calendar to see him two days later. It was such a relief. I accompanied him to his appointment and Dr. Subczynska did a great job acknowledging how he was likely feeling and providing a concrete plan for improvement. I feel lucky to have her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Subczynska. She answered questions I had and ordered an EKG when there was evidence of a potential issue. She helped me with a referral for a different physical issue. She has offered feedback through MyChart. She has been responsive outside of office hours as the on-call physician and on MyChart. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary care physician!
