Via the web portal, I had communicated to the PCP my concern about limit range of motion in my left after recent stress echocardiography. He ordered X-rays of that knee, which were performed the same afternoon. The PCP help me to understand that the concentric left ventricular hypertrophy diagnosis meant less than normal perfusion. He encouraged to continue to wear compression socks daily. After viewing the knee X-rays, the PCP referred me to an orthopedist's office, and I received a phone call the next to set up an appointment.

He is a superb listener, and keeps up to date on medical matters which might seem tangential to a PCP. He detected a nodule on my prostate at an early date, and tests showed that I have prostate cancer, but because of the early detection, it has not metastasized, and radiation should take care of it. He is everything you want in a Primary Care Physician.

I appreciate Dr. Tallman's effort to take care of my problems. I was limping when I went in and he fixed my pain right away, so the next day I was not limping anymore. I still have to see a podiatrist, but I am not gimping around like I have a stone in my shoe! He is a great M.D.

I was Dr. Hanson's patient for many years before he retired. I was always impressed with his connection to patients and his diagnostic ability. I wasn't sure another doctor could really fill his shoes. Dr. Tallman is doing a terrific job! I hope he'll be my primary care doctor for many years to come.
