Jake Castiglia an awesome doc. He makes seeing my primary not scary. Usually I hate going to a doctor's office [...]. But Jake is way cool. He puts me at ease, so my appointments go a lot faster since I am not also trying manage anxiety on top of the reason I am at the doctor's. He takes time, to save time.

I trust Jake as my doctor and feel safe with him. I feel safe asking him for help, and also feel he always listens, never talks down to me, is never mean, and always helps me in a way I can understand and listens if I tell him I don't, or that I am afraid. He's just an awesome doctor. That's why I keep him as my Primary. He is very young, but I still trust him implicitly, which is not easy for me with young people, tbh. But he has my complete confidence, and I am very grateful that he knows how to help me have that trust in him.

Dr. Castiglia was excellent. I did not feel rushed. He listened and talked to me, not at me. Focused on me and not the laptop. Got to the car, called my husband and told him he is going to really like this Doctor. Dr. Castiglia actually listens and did not make me feel stupid.
