Dr. Tyler Batey has been an excellent replacement [...]. [...] He has those skills. He actually listens to his patients. He can explain things to me without making me feel like I completely forgot everything needed to have a degree in healthcare and know the medical terms while also explain things to my [...] husband in a way that he understands. And if he reads this, that's enough to know who I am or at least an educated guess. I was hesitant to take a new, fresh-out-of-residency PCP, but Dr. Batey exceeds my expectations for someone who has had 15 years in the field without the massive ego so many of his peers have. He makes us feel seen and heard as do many of the specialists that he recommends when he has a specific condition he knows that specialist does well with.

Tyler Batey is the best provider I've ever had. He has worked to save me money while I was between insurances and has exceeded my expectations in helping me to address my mental health. He has excellent listening skills and was able to diagnose me with Lyme disease early enough that I am not suffering from permanent damage, as Lyme often goes misdiagnosed. I receive individualized high quality care from him every time I see him.

Was just a generally good visit with no problems! Went over how I was doing with some prior problems, got a couple vaccinations, I brought up a new big issue, and the doctor was super respectful and recommended some resources / healthcare organizations for said issue. All good stuff!

[...] I do think sometimes he looks at the computer too much during a visit. But I know he has to be careful being specific on patient records and that's way important. Hopefully over time with getting to know me better it won't be as much. But he appears very genuine , professional friendly easy to talk too and I felt at ease. And that's most important to me

The primary physician that I went to for many years retired so this was my first appointment at this facility. After so many years under the care of another doctor, I was a bit apprehensive to go to another doctor but It was a great experience. Dr. Batey was exceptional. He went over my health history and the medications I take in great detail. He and his nurse made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Batey carefully listened to, and answered all of the questions that I had. He is personable, professional and knowledgeable and I am so grateful that he will be my new primary physician!

I left the Webster Medical Group after 40 years because primary doctor retired and I did have a good feely with his replacement. I have only meet Dr. Batey this year. But I have all the confidence In the world with him over seeing over my care in the future. I have had a few questions this week. And he has answered them by the end of the day. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough Dr. Batey was despite my complex medical profile. As a new patient moving from NYC, I was anxious about things getting lost in translation, but I'm confident he'll keep an eye on things.
