Dr. German is a wonderful, caring, thorough Doctor! He listens patiently to your concerns and doesn't make you feel rushed. After having Dr. Kerper for 35+ years having to switch was daunting. Dr. German is equally caring and bright and has made the transition more than manageable.

Dr. German is absolutely wonderful. I left my last doctor because I didn't like the way he talked to me in the office, and I switched to Dr. German. Dr. German sat and answered all my questions and explained everything to me, and is someone who I am very comfortable with. I called my brother immediately telling him that he should try to become one of Dr. German's new patients. Unfortunately he isn't taking new patients.

This was a first visit to establish myself as a new patient for Dr. German. [...] he had what was on the U of R record and took time to inquire and add to my history and current state in his visit notes. [...] Hopefully, now that I am established that will not me the norm. He did order an X-ray to check on my coughing so I appreciate that and took care of my prescription needs. He was very engaging and thoughtful and I look forward to having him as my PCP. Also your reception person, check out and the nurse that took care of my were very nice and accommodating so I thank them also.

Improve on communication style. I felt like my provider was speaking to me like I was a child. Assess health literacy and converse/educate accordingly
