I felt very rushed to discuss my concerns as if the provider was late for something. I had made the appointment for a lingering sore throat as a side effect from being sick with covid, and It just seemed that the concern was more for the covid rather than the sore throat. I understand the need to address everything, especially with covid being relatively new, but I felt that I had a hard time voicing my concerns clearly and fully due to feeling rushed. My concerns were still addressed and the treatment plan was explained to my understanding, so no other problems with the visit. She was really nice and helped me heal quickly!

I saw Melissa Simpson. She is absolutely wonderful. She shows compassion. She listened to everything my husband and I wanted to discuss about my health. As well as helped us getting into another treatment option for mental health to "deal" with pain I have on an everyday basis. She is a wonderful person!
