I have been dealing with my "condition" for almost three years. The dermatologist that I had been seeing kept prescribing medicines one after another with NO clear diagnosis and with NO improvement.. I am so relieved to be with a practice that is determined to help me.

This practice - is a part of the University Teaching System. Residents and various others are involved to varying levels of exam and treatment (when appropriate) - a patient needs to concentrate on the flow so as not to miss something needed to be heard. This is not a complaint. I see it as an indication I am getting the very best and up-to-date examination and treatment.

Dr Blackcloud and his doctoral assistant were very pleasant and kind to me. The asst did apologize the wait, altho there was no explanation. I've been to Dr Blackcloud 3 times and yet I don't feel a connection the way I do with other URMC practitioners. I still like him!
