Dr. Lombardozzi’s philosophy of care includes utilizing evidence-based medicine and open communication to create individualized treatment plans that reflect her patients’ values. An emphasis is placed on the patient-doctor relationship, as trust and understanding are essential to providing high quality health care.
On a personal note, Dr. Lombardozzi grew up in Rochester and is excited to be back home with her husband and family. She enjoys water sports, hiking, skiing, and any activity that brings her family and friends together to laugh, play, and appreciate life.

My Dr. Is fantastic. I come with a list and she comes prepared having already viewed my blood work results. She comes with a plan, suggestions for tweaking medicines, changes I need to make. I come with a list which she listens to and addresses. Most of the time half of my list has already been talked about with her list!

I wanted them to know I was experiencing a gagging cough, no other symptoms! They wanted me to come in and then Dr L sent me for c ray, to confirm I had pneumonia! I was put on 2 antibiotics! Thank goodness for the staff and Dr Amanda L!!!!!

Dr was very open to listening to my concerns and I felt really heard. I felt like she took my concerns seriously and gave me helpful information. I felt comforted that she was willing to continue to look into concerns if improvements did occur. Would absolutely see her again. Dr. Lombardozzi was familiar with my family history and our past conversations. She clearly reviewed information PRIOR to starting our visit, which is not always my experience. She spent as much time as I needed on the topics we covered. Dr. Lombardozzi made me feel like she was not in a hurry, and cared about my overall understanding of what we discussed. I am very impressed with her and the rest of the staff. Preventative Care visits are the time to be patient and thorough, and that's what I feel Dr. L did.

I am completely satisfied with the care that I receive from Dr. Lombardozzi. She is the absolute best doctor that I have ever had! The only reason I waited in the waiting room for longer than 15 minutes to be seen for my appointment was because I was late in arriving at the office. Dr. Lombardozzi took the person who was scheduled after me because they had arrived early and I wasn't there yet. I was completely fine with this since it was my fault that I was late. I was simply happy that she was still willing to see me that day. My old doctor's office would have sent me away and had me reschedule my appointment.

It took me almost 10 years to find a doctor that I not only liked, but felt was competent and cared about me. This office and doctor is the model that you should be basing all of your offices off of. I will go as far as to say that I will chose where I buy my house based on being in close enough proximity to this doctors office. Dr. Lombardozzi has made that big of an impact on my life.

Dr. Lombardozzi is the best doctor I've ever gone to. She always goes above and beyond and I always feel like she truly cares about my well being. She's patient and kind, takes as much time as I need to go over all of my questions. I had the worst year of my life last year due to medical issues and I don't think I could have gotten through it without Dr Lombardozzi and the team at the medical office. All of the staff is always welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable.

This was the first time I actually felt listened to and seen by a medical provider, from the staff who checked me into a room to the PCP herself. I was able to have a conversation with her about my current diet and supplements I use in regards to exercise. She took the time to look everything up and review the ingredients which made me feel confident about my decision to switch over to her as my PCP.

Dr. Lombardozzi is intelligent, respectful, and lostens carefully to all my medical history and concerns.She frequently refers back to prior visit notes and test results while we are discussing my care. I recently had a serious Issue that needed same day testing, and office staff took special care to find me a facility that could fit me in that afternoon. They also called me with the results at the end of the day soI knew I needed to go to the ER for emergency surgery! I am very blessed to have Dr. Lombardozzi as my PCP.

Great doctor. Very thoughtful and caring. I took up a lot of her time during my visit talking with her about a recent domestic abuse situation I was involved in. Given the subject matter and her just being a good person, she spent a significant amount of time with me for my visit. Probably much more time than was allotted for the visit. She NEVER made me feel rushed, or that she was anxious to stay on schedule and get to her next patient. I felt heard and genuine concerned for me. She's a fantastic doctor!

The nurse that called me back and did vitals and preliminary information was very personable and caring. The Dr. Was very patient with me and listened to all my questions and concerns and gave me information and an explanation to help me understand what I could do to improve my overall health. Dr. Amanda Lombardozzi is one of the best PCP's I have ever had. She should be used as a model for other physician's on patient care. She never makes you feel she is rushing, listens very well, shows compassion and care for all physical and emotional needs.

Even in the short time I've lived in [...], Dr. L has been with me at my best and at my worst. This was our first time going to a family doctor, and she has been a true gift to us. Her empathy is readily apparent, and she is always willing to provide advice and counsel no matter the situation. We're big Dr. L fans in this family!

Dr Lombardozzi is truly incredible! In my most recent appointment with her, she was extremely open to hearing about my concerns and considering the research I had completed with a health coach. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she is also lovely to speak with and I look forward to catching up with her at every appointment.
