I appreciate the care PA Julia and her colleagues they've provide to my daughter. They're receptive and always explain everything. My daughter had an emergency situation and was taken via ambulance, I reached out to PA Julia, she is wasn't in, a provider that was taking her cases, she responded quickly, provided great care, explained everything etc.

Both my husband and I walked out of the appointment feeling like the provider didn't want to be bothered or even care to hear what we had to say. She made us feel like we were the problem when in fact the only thing either of us care about is making sure our daughter is healthy. We left that appointment with the same concerns we walked in with.
