Thank goodness I have started to only see Kate Licata. I have have pain for the last few years and felt I was being brushed off. Now finally I am seeing her and I feel hopeful about life. She has definitely been proactive! Very compassionate.

Kate was AMAZING! I can literally not say enough good things about her. Kate took so much time to listen to me and all of my concerns and never made me feel like she was in a rush. Kate was recommended to me by my cousin, and I am SO happy I decided to see her. I have never had a doctor listen to me for so long and spend so much time with me. I feel like Kate actually cares about me and my well-being. I would recommend Kate to anyone.

They had a very warm and inviting personality making it easy to discuss all my health concerns in a safe environment. Very comphrensive and thorough exam and analysis for severe lower back pain. Scheduling of stat MRI occrred same day. Also prescription for Prednisone was called in to my pharmacy for immediate pick up. Urgent referrals wete promptly completed for desired nuerosurgeon appt and Phyisical theraphy were expeditiuosly completed.

However, we've had 3 great experiences with Katherine and are very happy to see her in the future. She is warm, easy going and moves the appointment along without being pushy which we love. Dr. Kindel has been my PCP for over 15 years. I have NEVER seen another physician since I started seeing her. I needed a follow up appointment and was offered an appointment with Kate. She is phenomenal, and has really been so helpful and impactful the last 2 visits I have had with her. I am grateful to have a PCP that I trust and so happy to now have Kate as part of my healthcare team.

I am sorry that I didn't get the name of the very nice, efficient receptionist. The person who took me in and weighed me and got my vitals, I think was Philip Lombardo. He was extremely comforting and had me calm and relaxed. Ms. Licata was caring and informative and made me feel so much better about a plan to relieve my pain. Again the check out person was helpful and polite and took care of all my needs. All In all, my visit was a great experience.
