Sean Whalen seemed bothered and inconvenienced that I was there for a same day basic acute illness visit. He demonstrated zero warmth or compassion. He offered nothing during the visit - not even a bit of reassurance or support. In the future I would choose an urgent care visit over having to see Sean ever again. I hope he doesn't treat other patients this way.

I was asking about my glucose testing & Sean had all the answers & I'm now testing correctly, 2-3x/wk instead of 2-3x/day! Sean knows!I'd seen Sean in December regarding kidney pebbles, his diagnosis was for a scan which I got & Sean was right! I respect his professionalism!

My appt. was for a UTI. I was unable to give a urine sample, but very familiar with having this condition. Sean gave me a specimen cup and was told to take a sample to a U of R lab to be tested. When I arrived at the lab (I had to lock it up - Sean did not give me any locations - told me to look up a lab on my phone)! The lab had no orders in their system so no lab work could be done. The dr. office was now closed [...] I do not feel comfortable seeing Sean Whelen NP I do not think he is sensitive to my age group!

I came in for an upper respiratory infection, got antibiotics and am feeling better.NP also noticed a cut on my finger, gave me advice and arranged for a tetanus shot.The RN who gave the tetanus shot was amazing. It only hurt a little.
