I was given the option to use antibiotics for this infection. I said yes due to good results with previous sinus infections. I started to see improvement within 12 hours of taking the first dose. All better now (I just took the final dose today).

I was concerned that the new doctor is an osteopath but he's very pleasant, knowledgeable and the appt. Didn't feel rushed. I have confidence in him continuing my care and facing any issues ahead that my "golden years" seem to be throwing at me. I'm relieved! :-)

[...] I ENGAGED WITH THE DOCTOR I want to have a healthy, processional relationship with my healthcare provider. The physician didn't ask me one question that wasn't directly related to my chart. I left my appointment feeling like data but not a human.

I felt that if he could have rolled his eyes at me he would have. Instead there were long blinks which I felt was frustration with my questions/comments.

He rarely makes eye contact, does not respond to an explanation and told me, "Make sure you don't miss your next appointment " in a rude angry tone. I have no idea why he was so unfriendly and grumpy. I always keep my appointments unless I had extenuating circumstances such as an unplanned surgery.

This was my first visit with a new provider and they were incredibly nice. We discussed health histories, current prescriptions, and were able to do an annual preventative visit all at once. I'm very happy with my new provider.
