We see multiple specialists for my son but only a couple of them truly take everything into account and ask about his entire well being as opposed to the one thing they are treating. Dr. El-Feghaly is one of those two specialists. She is always looking at the big picture while making sure her focus is on his alopecia areata. She gets down on his level and makes sure that he understands what is going on and what we are trying next just as well as I do. She is an absolute blessing on this earth and in the medical field. We couldn't be more grateful for her and her team

I have told everyone I know that is dealing with something similar or within the scope of the providers we see at UR that that is the place to go. The providers (including any students that sit in) have all been absolutely amazing, they never make us feel rushed. They listen to any and all concerns and always explain in detail why the concern is valid or nothing to worry about in a kind way. We always leave feeling at ease, educated, and with a game plan that is geared perfectly to my kiddo.
