Dr. Rodenbach is the medical director of adult inpatient psychiatric services at Strong Memorial Hospital and runs the resident teaching service on the 2.9200 adult inpatient unit. He joined the department in 2023 and initially worked in CPEP and with the interventional psychiatry service performing...
Dr. Rodenbach is the medical director of adult inpatient psychiatric services at Strong Memorial Hospital and runs the resident teaching service on the 2.9200 adult inpatient unit. He joined the department in 2023 and initially worked in CPEP and with the interventional psychiatry service performing ECT and TMS before transitioning to inpatient work. Prior to joining the department at URMC, he was a faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he primarily worked as a psychiatric hospitalist on the inpatient unit and consult service. Dr. Rodenbach attended medical school at the University of Rochester and completed residency training at the Western Psychiatric Hospital of UPMC (formerly Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic). As a resident he completed advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and community psychiatry. He specializes in acute care hospital psychiatry.
