I just had major cervical surgery and was going through withdrawal from the heavy pain killers I was on. Dr. Cruz immediately figured out what was going on and had a plan to ease my symptoms. Again he is an incredible doctor and you are lucky to have him in your facility.

He has listened and diagnosed and prescribed medication that have allowed me to live the best I can during this health situation I have. I don't know how to begin... I felt the Dr. Was extremely nervous and jumpy. No eye contact, he rapidly looked side to side when talking, not at a computer screen, which I found unsettling from the beginning. He acted strangely not like a professional Dr. I was there to meet him for the first time as well as discuss the results of my annual visit. Maybe, he was sleep deprived, he mentioned having a new baby? Just not a good first impression of him. [...] I am not feeling the confidence I use to feel, but there doesn't seem to be any other options for care. I am thankful, I don't visit the Dr. More than a few times a year... [...] Hopefully, this Dr. Will be better the next time I see him. If not, I will have to seek another practice.
