Katie Diehl is a board certified ambulatory care pharmacist. Katie earned her doctorate of pharmacy degree from the University at Buffalo in 2012 and then went on to complete a PGY-1 ambulatory care pharmacy residency program at Buffalo Medical Group, P.C. Prior to coming to Accountable Health Partners, Katie was an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at the Greater Rochester Independent Practice Association for 5 and a half years and also the primary preceptor/site coordinator for a PGY-2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency program through St. John Fisher College of Pharmacy. In addition, Katie currently holds adjunct faculty appointments at both the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and St. John Fisher College of Pharmacy.
Katie has a strong clinical background in the management of diabetes, including insulin pump management, as well as the outpatient management of other chronic disease states such heart failure and COPD. Her current practice site is Internal Medicine of Brighton, where she practices comprehensive medication management.
