A diagnosis of gynecologic cancer is life-altering and comes with an overwhelming amount of decisions. My goal is to treat each person as if they are family member and give them all of the available options to enable them to choose the best treatment for their individual needs. My approach to cancer care is to most importantly treat the person in front of me with the utmost respect and compassion. I believe that it is absolutely critical to feel comfortable with and confident in your oncologist.

Gynecologic oncology combines all of the areas of medicine that I love. It allows me to form long-term relationships with my patients throughout all aspects of their treatment. It combines my love for surgery, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and the vast amount of new and exciting targeted treatment options. Gynecologic oncology allows me to collaborate with my colleagues in gynecologic oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, and many other medical specialties.

I treat ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, vulvar cancer and vaginal cancer. I perform robotic, laparoscopic and open surgeries and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted cancer therapy.

I grew up in the Finger Lakes and love this area. When not treating patients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughters, hiking, cooking, and traveling.
