I provide comprehensive medication management services for an adult population in primary care. I meet with patients to assess their current medications to determine if they are appropriate, adequate, safe and adhered to and make recommendations to optimize medications to help the patient achieve their health outcomes.

My approach to patient care is focused on ensuring that each patient is treated as an individual to help optimize their medical conditions while meeting their specific healthcare goals.

I encourage and facilitate active collaboration and shared decision-making between patients, families, and their providers to design and manage a customized and comprehensive care plan - with the goal of treating patients not only from a clinical perspective, but also from an emotional, mental, spiritual, social, and financial perspective.
