I had a bad experience with a different provider, which is how I ended up here. The doctor listened to the nurse's summary of my issue, explained how that wasn't ALL bad but what he would do differently and gave me options. I left without what I thought was going to be a very painful procedure because he took the time to realize it wasn't necessary.

He did great at the surgery but his bed side manner was horrible. He treated me like I didn't matter and there was a concern I had from the procedure and just brushed it off even after we talked in extensive detail during the procedure what I was looking for. Great surgeon not good at communicating or respecting his patient.
