This provider is one of the best. Made my son feel comfortable and always made sure we understood what was going on.

It felt that we were an inconvenience to Dr. Cubillos. We came in with valid questions prior to my son having a surgery (his first). It felt like we were perhaps a waste of her time or she had other things she needed to do. Almost the entire visit she typed away at the computer while talking to us. It was a sad experience - I'm not sure If she Is overworked or felt that we should not have had questions? Even her her explanations were quick and not very detailed (as If we should understand everything).

The provider spoke too fast. Without a medical background, it would have been difficult to follow/understand. Even then I had difficulty.

Dr. Cubillos explained everything so well, even giving us visuals to aide in understanding (she drew good pictures.)
