Dr. Jenny Speranza attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating in 1994 with her B.S. degree, Magna Cum Laude. She earned her M.D. from the School of Medicine, State University of New York at Buffalo (1999). Dr Speranza finished her surgical residency in 2004 from the State University ...
Dr. Jenny Speranza attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating in 1994 with her B.S. degree, Magna Cum Laude. She earned her M.D. from the School of Medicine, State University of New York at Buffalo (1999). Dr Speranza finished her surgical residency in 2004 from the State University of New York at Buffalo Consortium. In 2005, she completed a Colon and Rectal fellowship at the University of Miami. Prior to arriving at the University of Rochester, Dr. Speranza was on staff at the Cleveland Clinic Florida where she was an attending surgeon in the department of Colon and Rectal Surgery.

Dr. Speranza is a member of American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, and serves on two committees of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic surgeons.

Basically this provider discouraged me. I had an issue I wanted help wi5. She was negative about results and didn't give options for other treatments. When I asked why she went into this field she said so she could help people..while I understand her concern for giving all the risks I think it could have been presented better rather than emphasizing the negative. I may consult another provider in the future.
