Dr. Yurcheshen was so personable. He answered my questions and took the time I needed to help me. He answered my husband's questions and included him in the discussion. We came out of this apt both feeling the support and feeling that I was listened to and acknowledged.

I was very stressed about loosing my license. The Dr. Related to my problem and we discussed together how we should best handle the paperwork to be sure it was recieved well by NY state. He filed the paper work and had copies made for me that I could pick up a few days later to have registered mailed with receipt. To make sure the state got it as well as to help me worry less. I later received confirmation from the state and called to let them know. The office was happy for me and assured the Dr. Would be notified.

Once we finally got going, the MD was thorough and took plenty of time to interview me, examine me, and answer my questions.

The Dr actually listened to me and was empathetic about my life stressors. [...] He did not brush off my concerns as irrelevant. Patients just want a provider to listen and validate.
