Joy Hogan is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in Neonatology and Palliative care. She has worked in the NICU at Golisano Children's Hospital since 2016 and Rochester General Hospital since 2019. She is also a Pediatric Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner at CompassionNet caring for children of all ages with complex medical needs.

Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2016, Joy had 16 years of experience as a RN in Pediatric Critical Care, General Pediatrics, and nursing leadership as a Clinical Resource Nurse at Golisano Children's hospital.

Joy is passionate about caring for the entire family that is affected by their child's illness by providing compassionate and competent care.
