Cheryl Lustik, DNP, RN, MS, APN-C is the Director of Advanced Practice in the Sovie Center for Advanced Practice for the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY. As director, Cheryl provides direction and leadership for daily operations of the Sovie Institute for Advanced Practice, Innovation and Scholarship. Overarching accountabilities include credentialing of APP’s, regulatory oversight, recruitment and retention and the performance appraisals. The Director directly collaborates closely with the department APP leaders, the Department Chairs and administrators.
