Colleen has been a CRNA at URMC since 2004 and before that worked in the CVICU as an RN.

She has been actively involved in the Department on the Quality Improvement Committee and Anesthesia United.

In 2020 Colleen became the Chief CRNA for the URMC CRNA group with the belief that life is a team sport and the CRNA group is truly a team of professionals who are working toward common goals.

When not at work Colleen is the co-founder of The Goodness Initiative, a small non-profit dedicated to helping those in need.

Colleen is the mom to three teenagers, has two dogs and is sharing this all with her husband, Brian.
