Dr. Dogra's interests in ultrasound, MR, CT and GU radiology have earned him a solid reputation in radiology in both the clinical and academic setting.
Dr. Dogra is a Professor of Radiology, Urology and Biomedical Engineering, Associate Chair of Education and Research and Director of the Division of Ultrasound at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Department of Imaging Science in Rochester, NY. He is also Affiliate Professor for the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
A widely sought-after speaker, Dogra has presented many lectures and scientific exhibits on relevant radiology topics around the world. He has been invited to speak at several major national and international radiology meetings including the Radiological Society of North America's Annual meeting and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine's Annual Convention, European Society of Uroradiology, and World Federation of Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology to name a few. He has received several grants for his ongoing research in photoacoustic imaging and holds three patents. He travels extensively with Medical Imaging Partnership, a nonprofit organization he established to provide medical expertise and equipment to developing countries around the world.

Dr. Dogra's interests in ultrasound, MR, CT and GU radiology have earned him a solid reputation in radiology in both the clinical and academic setting.
Dr. Dogra is a Professor of Radiology, Urology and Biomedical Engineering, Associate Chair of Education and Research and Director of the Division of Ultrasound at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Department of Imaging Science in Rochester, NY. He is also Affiliate Professor for the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He travels extensively with Medical Imaging Partnership, a nonprofit organization he established to provide medical expertise and equipment to developing countries around the world.
Over the past 15 years, Dogra has published more than 100 peer-reviewed, scientific articles in journals such as the Journal of Clinical Ultrasound, American Journal of Neuroradiology, Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine, American Journal of Roentgenology and Ultrasound Quarterly. He has served as invited guest editor, manuscript reviewer and served on the editorial boards of several radiology journals in addition to publishing 154 publications, eight books and contributing34 book chapters. Dr. Dogra is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Clinical Imaging Science (JCIS) and Consulting Editor to Ultrasound Clinics.
