Dr. Persaud listens carefully and if he thinks a course of action is needed he explains and encourages that treatment and doesn't brow-beat me into submission. Unlike some providers I have encountered who are openly hostile to questions, Dr. Persaud encourages and is open to all questions and answers them to the best of his ability. If he doesn't know an answer, he will research it and get back to me later.
