Ms. Powell earned an Associates of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology at Monroe Community College in 2000. She graduated in 2004 from the Physician Assistant Program at Rochester Institute of Technology. She previously practiced Orthopedics at Rochester General Hospital. Her current specialty is breast imaging and performing pre-operative wire localizations at Highland Hospital and Strong Memorial Hospital since 2006.
