It amazes me every time I call for an appointment during the week when they're in the office they are able to see me. I don't generally call unless I'm not feeling well at all as you can see. I'm an elderly person over 80 and is so pleasing so wonderful that they can take care of me like they do. They have been over the top Just can't express that enough. In 62 years, I have never had a more aware, confident, competent doctor. Dr. Nichols absolutely ensures that all of my questions are answered fully. Since the beginning she's been very aware that I am well versed and demand to be heavily engaged in any and all of my health decisions. Above all else, this young woman LISTENS. I would like a more thourough exam during my yearly visit. The doctor does ask and answer my questions but I would like him/her to look at my body during the exam to notice any changes in my skin, swelling, or scoliosis. I would like have my ears, eyes and throat examined even though I did not report any problems. I think your yearly physical or wellness visit should be more thourough.
