Dr. Romesser is the Medical Director of Geriatrics at Highland Hospital. His clinical practice is through the inpatient geriatrics service as part of the Highland Hospital Geriatrics Group. Dr. Romesser is the Medical Director of Geriatrics at Highland Hospital. His clinical practice is through the inpatient geriatrics service as part of the Highland Hospital Geriatrics Group. He completed his medical degree at New York Medical College and his Internal Medicine Residency and Geriatrics Fellowship at the University of Rochester. Dr. Romesser is currently certified in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine as well as Hospice and Palliative Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Romesser’s clinical responsibilities are focused on care of older adults as part of the Acute Care for Elders Unit as well as part of the Geriatric Fracture Co-management service and the Medical Oncology co-management services at Highland Hospital.
