Concerns were addressed with the nurse at check in but Doctor never once discussed a single one or allowed ample opportunity for discussion/questions. He decided that patching his eye would be a helpful form of treatment but didn't explain anything or provide any information personally. We were sent home with a folder that contained a print out of information instead. The Doctor is nice and friendly but not informative or helpful. I would like to see that improved.

Dr. Hearing er comes in immediately remembering everything somehow, even though we hadn't seen him for our toddler in a whole year and info that isn't even in her chart. It's so impressive. He's great with kids, our daughter adores him. He has great bedside manner. He explains everything and doesn't act like you're dumb or anything, he enjoys teaching you.
