About Me

Received a Pharmacist Diploma with Honors from Pyatigorsk State Academy of Pharmacy in Russia in 1997. Upon graduation, pursued a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences which focused on the structure and function of polysugars from Panax Ginseng C.A. Mey from the same institution.

Received a Pharmacist Diploma with Honors from Pyatigorsk State Academy of Pharmacy in Russia in 1997. Upon graduation, pursued a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences which focused on the structure and function of polysugars from Panax Ginseng C.A. Mey from the same institution.

Following the move to the United States in 2002, completed her Post-doctoral training in the Department of Otolaryngology at Strong Memorial Hospital and investigated how diabetes affects age-related hearing loss. In 2008, transitioned into the role of a Clinical Staff pharmacist and thereafter into the current role as an Operating Room Clinical Pharmacist in 2015. Elective rotations in the OR are offered for IPPE students and UR PGY1 residents interested in gaining more exposure to this area.
