Dr. Kemp received her master’s degree in Health Care Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University H. John Heinz III College – School of Public Policy & Management, and her medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo – School of Medicine and Biochemical Sciences. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT.

In her approach to care, Dr. Kemp uses evidence-based medicine to develop effective, patient-centered care plans. She prioritizes forming longstanding relationships with her patients and their families. Dr. Kemp has special interests in preventative medicine,
cardiac disease and women’s health.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kemp enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid traveler and outdoorswoman participating in activities like cross-country skiing, paddle boarding and kayaking.
