My doctor is compassionate, knowledgeable about my health history, informative and most of all he truly cares about his patients. I have never had a physician like Dr Brad our community is blessed to have him practicing medicine here. I appreciate him more than he will ever know. I wish all medical providers had his bedside manner, intelligence and truly cared the way he does.

Had concerns about my health that were addressed at the visit with confidence and expertise. I (patient's mother) greatly appreciate that the office and Dr. Van Heukelum were able to see both my son and daughter in the same time frame even though my son's appointment was not scheduled until later in the morning, this was very helpful and decreased the amount of time the kids had to spend in the office and were able to get to school for the day.

My(patient's mother) daughter and her brother were both to physical appointments, I scheduled both through mychart---which is great since I hate calling to make appointments--, my daughter's appointment was at 0830 and son's at 1015 but the staff and Dr. Van Heukelum were awesome and saw both kids together so we didn't have to wait for my son's later appointment.

Dr. Van Heukelum goes above and beyond to make sure you first off get testing as needed and then to understand the test results, set up any additional appointments with specialists, etc. Great doctor,wish he could be cloned as many are not as thorough and caring as he is!

Luke in the front is always friendly and genuine. Dr. Van is hands down a great doctor with a good heart. Dr. Howe has always been there for me family. I appreciate all the staff at east ridge, I have been a patient there since I was a child and now my children are also patients there.

We have 3 generations that go to Dr. Van Heukelum, I am so glad that he came to east ridge. He is kind and will forever be in our hearts. He's delivered my last child and has taken care of my parents, myself and my children. I am so grateful for doctors like him, he is genuine because he truly cares about his patients. He is a great mentor for the students. I am so glad to be his patient. Dr. Howe is also a great doctor, he has taken care of my dad and my family and I am so grateful. I know that if Dr. Van Heukelum is not in, I know that I am in good hands with any staff at east ridge. I truly thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Howe, Dr. Brad, Allison, front office staff, the nurses - like I say above, everyone was so wonderful when I came in. Even the front desk called me by first name asking how I was doing..........your whole team surely demonstrates the "family" in practice.
