There was a lack of empathy shown to me given I had just been told I had miscarried my baby. Everything was explained well but in a very medical and "to the point" kind of way without a lot of bedside manner or compassion for what I had just found out.

The only issue I had, when he walked into my room he did not introduce himself and I did not see a name badge on him. I had to ask him who he was, because I had never met him before.
