Dr. Cicilline was kind and professional and I felt like I received a thorough investigation of my symptoms. I do wish she had given me a better idea about how long it would last but I could have asked and just forgot. I would 100% recommend her to other people looking for a PCP if she was accepting new patients.

Dr. Cicillini is always open to questions or my thoughts. She listened to me about my medication . She was going to give me a vaccination but said she would not because I had a steroid injection in my basal joint that morning and it vaccination might not be fully effective with the steroid. ...... That's the kind of thing I am talking about!! Dr. Cicillini does her homework and looks out for me. ...... She is not aloof she is in touch.

Dr Cicilline is excellent. She always chases down answers about any issues you have. She's proactive and understanding, and it's very evident how much she genuinely cares for her patients. More than once she has tracked down things for us that would have been easily overlooked. I recommend her to everyone I know.

[...]. I am just so very happy with this Doctors office. I don't ever wanna lose Dr. Cicilline. I've never had a doctor that I am more comfortable with and feel like I can talk to her about anything and we actually have a conversation and she looks at me when she talks she's not staring into the computer that's a huge pet peeve of mine. I've had doctors in the past that talk to me almost like a robot, and just staring into a computer and don't even look at you when they're talking to you! Never experienced that at this office, and that means so much to me especially with all the different issues dealing with.

When she told me she thought I should get an MRI because of the pain I was experiencing, she asked me "what do you think? I told her I agreed because I was concerned about the symptoms I was having. So I was really happy that she wanted to do an MRI as a result.

Depending on the reason I send a note either Dr. Cicilline or a member of her team will get back to me promptly. Dr. Cicilline has even replied to me after hours on many occasions. She is very caring and knowledgeable and I'm very lucky to be her patient.

She answered all my questions and put me at such ease that I will have no problem coming to her for an annual wellness visit, something that I had neglected in the past. The medical doctor who attended [...] that day went above and beyond the call of duty. I arrived for 4:20 appointment and entered the clinic shortly after 4:30pm. It was the end of the day, and the MD was finishing up her busy day. Despite that, she kindly listened to my concern and even carefully reviewed the medical record of the patient's sibling to figure out what was happening to [...] (patient). It was her professional care and commendable judgment that made [...] recovery super fast. [...] that treatment saved [...] from going to ER. Then the MD went on to do internet search and kindly look for a med lab that is open after 5pm. Although all the labs closed at 5pm, I was pleasantly surprised by her kindness. That Friday, the MD called me. Then she asked me to take photographs of [...] face/body to examine her recovery--and to send them to her [...]. All her actions that week exceeded my expectations.

Dr Cicilline has been my pcp for well over a decade through so many complicated medical issues and she is absolutely amazing ! I have a lot of medical contraindications which can make me difficult to easily treat, but she knows me well and it is so nice to not have to guide and re-explain medical history at each visit - she is amazing! Tracey her nurse is always a delight too!

Dr. Cicilline "checks all the boxes" with regard to my healthcare, but I don't feel she is truly engaging with me during our visits. I am now prediabetic. She has offered me dietary sheet on two occasions, and a pill on one. I just don't sense that she is very interested in this problem. Cutting out sweets is very, very hard for me. I told her if I couldn't make improvements in 3 months, then I would like to see a nutritionist. She didn't object.

There's nothing that would improve my experience with the medical staff and Dr. Cicilline. She's the best doctor that I have ever had. She listens to me and professionally, patiently and respectfully addresses my health concerns and needs.

Dr. Cicilline had me come in for the appointment because of a My Chart message I sent. She shows concern for any medical problem my wife or I experience. Nurse Tracey was caring & professional in her assistance. I have great confidence in all of Dr. Cicilline's staff.

Dr. Cicilline is the best primary physician around. The PAs in the office are great also. I am blessed to have Dr. C as the leader of my medical team. She goes beyond and always has my best interests in mind. She is fantastic doctor and person.

Dr. Michelle Cicilline clearly took time to review my chart before my first visit with her even though my appointment was made only an hr prior. She was prompt, professional, kind, listened to what I had to say, made me feel better about a situation I was going through
