Not only did my doctor (and her resident) listen to me at my last visit, she asked if I wouldn't mind if we changed the appointment (a physical) altogether so that we could use the time to dive deeper into a problem I'm facing and reschedule the original appointment, thereby giving me more of her attention and focus. I couldn't have felt more cared for than I did in that moment.
