Sydney Lee is a native of Rochester, NY. After her first degree in Biology from Villanova University, she received both her bachelor's and master's nursing degrees from the University of Rochester. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 5 years in the NICU at Golisano Children's Hospital prior to becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. In 2021, she completed the NICU Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship Program at the University of Rochester Medical Center as well as her Post-Masters in Neonatology and has been working as a Nurse Practitioner in the NICU APP group ever since.
