This may be the first time in my life something went wrong for me that required medical intervention that wasn't just a cold, flu, virus, etc. It's scary. I tend to minimize my concerns and worry about taking up time meant for people who are unwell. They were able to get me to be seen. Reassuring. Took the issue seriously and working together to formulate a treatment plan. I feel reassured and much better.

Rhonda Peterson is the best. She went abode and beyond what other doctors do. I had questions about my daughters that she even took the time to answer during my check up. She was not in a rush. She knows my family. She treated me with the utmost respect. She cares about her patients. Sharon is also very helpful whenever I am scheduled to see her. I am hardly ever sick so I am usually in the office only once a year.

Where "MY CHART" first was offered, I was skeptical, but eventually created an account. It has been invaluable to me as I've developed a medical issue over the last 2 1/2 months. Wait time was around 40 minutes but... It shows me that the doctor takes time with her patients. Listens to their needs like she does my own. Yes, she may be running behind but if you stop to think about it, wouldn't you like the time to explain what is wrong with you or have her take the time to check you over? There's 2 ways to look at this. I choose the positive way.

I have nothing but great things to say about this office when it comes to the providers specifically(they take the time you deserve with them) and they listen ro everything you have to saythey go above and beyond to help! I don't just feel like "another patient" This office has exceptional communication. I'm either provided with a message or a call with whatever Is happening. Scheduling/appointments- exceptional . I have never had any trouble scheduling and being seen promptly, within a day or 2. I have referred a number of people to this office!
