I have interacted with my providers across many institutions. Dr. Tomiyama is by far the best, most caring, articulate provider of them all. This space is so inadequate to detail how good he is. Highly recommend.

Helpful discussion about pros and cons of needed follow up. Dr. Tomiyama was thoughtful and effective in describing reasons and we reached a consensus that it is probably not necessary to follow up unless symptoms change.
