Inga Harbuz-Miller received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila" Bucharest, Romania. She completed Internal Medicine Residency at the Atlantic Health System, Morristown Medical Center, Morristown New Jersey, in affiliation with Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. She completed her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the University of Missouri, Columbia Missouri and has joined the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in July 2018 as faculty, in the Division of Endocrinology.

Dr. Harbuz-Miller is interested adrenal neoplasia and hereditary cancer syndromes involving the adrenal gland. She is taking a multidisciplinary approach to the patient with rare endocrine tumors like pheochromoctytomas, paragangliomas and adrenal cortical carcinomas. Representing URMC on the international stage through the American Australian Asian Adrenal Alliance (A5), she is collaborating with national and international centers in bringing the most cutting edge research close to the patients in Rochester. Additionally, she cares for patient with general endocrinology including diabetes, pituitary, thyroid and parathyroid disorders. She is especially passionate about the genetic mechanisms of inherited endocrine disease, pathophysiology and therapy of endocrine cancers.

She is dedicated to shaping the next generation of endocrinologists and committed to promoting endocrinology in early career clinicians and scientist. As a 2017 FLARE alumna and Endocrine Society activist, she served on the Annual Meeting Steering Committee for ENDO 2018 and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Trainee and Career Development Core Committee through the Endocrine Society where the advocates for trainees' education nationally and internationally.

I have been treated for hyper parathyroididm by this doctor for 2 years. Recent blood work showed the parathyroid hormone well within the normal range and the dexa-scan also showed improvement.
