Ms. Mahon is wonderful. She is upbeat, friendly and pleasant. Always listens and answers questions without rushing. Her exams are quick and gentle. I have seen her yearly for the past few years and she is always the same. You are lucky to have her.

Lauren has been with me for most of my post surgical care as a cancer patient. She is kind and caring and always willing to spend a few extra minutes with me if I have questions or concerns. She seemed just as happy as I was when we realized my 5 year surveillance period had ended, meaning I'm no longer a cancer patient!

She set up two follow-up visits/tests for me.

After explaining a concern Lauren immediately asked some questions for more Info and explained and suggested a couple of tests to run. She contacted me with the results extremely fast and after discussing she immediately send lab orders to a draw station near me to rerun the test as we both agreed my sample may have been compromised.

Lauren has always been on top of everything that is happening to me with my care. This visit was an emergency fit in to determine the severity of my situation. She fit me in and cleared me to go home, not to hospital, after performing exams. She also set up referrals to other physicians for further treatment if needed.

I recommend UR OBGYN to everyone! During my cancer treatments this UR facility has given me world class care. I feel lucky we have UR in our area (I live in [...], NY). Lauren is a standout, top notch nurse practitioner. She's such an enthusiast, genuine caretaker. On top of being extremely knowledgeable, she's a real "people person." Lauren is very invested in a patient's treatment and recovery. A+ every time!!!
