URMC partners with Press Ganey, to survey our patients about all aspects of their care experience. We are now putting this pertinent information at your fingertips by displaying star ratings for our providers along with anonymous patient comments on our website. Patient Comments

I had a list of questions for Dr. Drury but didn't need to ask one. Dr. Drury explained all aspects of my condition.

Dr Drury has the challenging task of overseeing my nephrology care with a host of other comorbidities. She is ALWAYS willing to discuss upcoming procedures in other specialities and how my kidneys may be affected. Shes proactive in keeping track of my upcoming procedures and empathetic to my plight of constant worry that another specialty might not be as aware of or as attuned to my level of comprehension of my health challenges. She is always available on MyChart or by phone to answer questions or address any concerns I might have.
