Dr. Mauro was great; very respectful, very knowledgeable, listened to all I had to say, did not rush me. Would definitely recommend him.

We were very concerned and Matt took the time to answer our questions and listen to both of us. We can be a bit much but he was patient and understanding.

I had no issues with my provider except that a prescription was provided but after 3 days of not getting it, I called the pharmacy and it was never called in. I called the doctors office to find out what happened and somebody obviously forgot to call the prescription in. I wasn't too happy about that.

Overlooked my apparent distress and made no suggestions on how to deal with any of the symptoms, I apparently have to live with per Matt. Didn't look at my nose or throat; didn't look at my list of things I've taken/tried; didn't remotely address any concerns about my vertigo; no advice or help given; no "give us a call if symptoms don't improve... " talk; didn't even recognize names of products to help with ear pressure - extremely disappointing & I needed to compose myself before I could leave the room.
