About Me

Dr. Khodak is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatology. He also serves as the Associate Medical Director of the NICU at Rochester General Hospital. He received his bachelor’s degree from Hunter College and his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine....
Dr. Khodak is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatology. He also serves as the Associate Medical Director of the NICU at Rochester General Hospital. He received his bachelor’s degree from Hunter College and his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his Pediatrics Residency at NYU Langone Hospital Long Island and his Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Dr. Khodak’s clinical and academic interests are focused on improving nutritional and respiratory outcomes in the Extremely Low Gestational Age Newborn (ELGAN) population. His efforts are concentrated in utilizing electronic health record systems and machine learning to create clinical decision support tools to help physicians identify and intervene in the care of ELGANs at risk of poor growth and respiratory outcomes.
