My PA was EXTREMELY thorough as she has established form the very first time of meeting her. This helps bring me immense ease when discussing my health concerns. She always gives me final say where I can feel in control. She gives me information to help me made medical decisions. She explains things in a manner that helps me gain a deeper understanding of the situation(s) at hand. My PA Is kind, soft spoken, KNOWLEDGEABLE and non judgmental. I appreciate her a great deal.

Kayla is fantastic. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and really listens to me. Explains things well. She actually helped save my life. She was the one who picked on EKG That I had an issue and sent me to Cardiologist who was also fantastic. Ended up with a stent in my LAD artery for a blockage. [...] It was Kayla who saw it and realized something was wrong not right. She did another and still was not right. Sent me to cardiologist. I might be here if not for her.

The PA at the office is a treasure. She knew what to do, was confident in her job and I think she is a great medical professional. PA Kayla did not do as thorough exam as I hoped for. [...] I came in because of severe cramping. I'm diabetic and she didn't mention that, neuropathy or anything. [...] On the plus side she was VERY thorough in regards to blood work. She mycharted me the day following with some ideas about weekly injection but had not discussed with my PCP. DISAPPOINTED

The PA that I worked with was INCREDIBLY helpful, caring, and respectful. She wasn't exactly sure what was going on with me, which is why she wasn't able to give a full diagnosis/treatment plan (and she told me to set up another visit if another flare happened), but she did everything that I would have hoped/expected from her!

There was an assistant to the PA (perhaps a med student) who asked diagnosing questions. I believe she formed an assessment and talked it over with the PA prior to me seeing the PA. The PA came in asking the same questions. The PA's assistant was confident and did a great job. I was also completely satisfied with the PA.

First time I saw Kayla, PA. I take several medications and the last few months I have had what I considered to be unusual problems. No, this was an urgent visit, had chest unusual feeling in my chest early Thursday morning which I have never experience before. I called the office around 8 am and want to see if I could come in to be checked out. Dr. Gasparino (my physical) was not available, but the PA Kayla Blomback was (9 am), and they asked if I would like to be seen by her. I said course. Kayla was very professional, listened to me, listen to my heart and ran an EKG. She noticed a inverted T-wave and took a moment to consult with Dr. Gasparino and came back said that I need to go to the ED at Strong (my wife was with me and drove me), where was cared for. Kayla helped save my life!

I am impressed with Kayla's knowledge and how thorough she was. This is my first time seeing her and she was aware of lab work results, medical history, etc. What she had planned to discuss matched my list of questions I had with me. She also gave good advice on other concerns reported. My only concern is that I didn't notice any hand washing before seeing me or upon leaving the room afterwards of any of the staff members, nor any cleaning of equipment like the BP cuff. There was prior communication via My Chart about lab results that was brief. I would have preferred that someone had made a brief phone call about this. My prior MD always called no matter what with lab results within days which I found to be reassuring, knowledgeable and exceptional.
