I like Dr Allison a lot and feel she has been very diligent in staying on top of my eye care. [...] She had 2 people with her (med students or residents?) - I was not I introduced and should have been asked ahead of time if it was ok for them to come in . She seemed distracted with them in the room which is understandable to a degree. Again frustrating. I am an RN and have worked in an office so know how it all should go. This is the first time that I have had concerns with Dr herself. [...]

Dr. Allison told me she was scheduling me for surgery-never explained the procedure or any of the risks, down time etc...Dr. Allison said she was calling in a prescription for me two days ago and it was never called in. I messaged her through my chart to make her aware and have not heard anything back and still don't have my prescription. Very poor quality of care.
